Pulsar IPL

Pulsar is an intense pulsed light system which is effective in accumulative permanent hair reduction, photo rejuvenation, birthmarks,rosacea and sun damaged skin.

Results:
Marked reduction in hair re-growth can be seen after just a few treatment sessions depending on the area treated. With photo rejuvenation, sometimes only one treatment may be necessary to produce excellent results ? for example, in treatment of spider naevi or solar lentigines.

Restylane

Botox

Serene is glad to offer Botox therapy provided by Elspeth Lockhart RGN ( Harley Street trained practitioner). The procedure takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Elspeth will ask you to use certain muscles of the face to observe how they work. An extremely fine needle is used to inject the Botox into the appropriate area, this may cause some slight but brief discomfort. The treatment normally starts to take effect after 4 to 14 days, but this will vary in some individuals. The effects will normally last between 2 to 6 months, when you will notice the ability to move the muscles more freely.
